Al Jazi Developments

AL JAZI Development is an iconic mixed-use development, the first to introduce a branded living experience in Egypt. AL JAZI Development comprises two residential projects under a license agreement with Marriott International, a commercial district which includes multiple office buildings, a shopping mall that is a replica of the First Mall in Giza, in addition to a hotel. 

AL JAZI Development has applied the highest quality standards in terms of building materials, premium finishing and fit-out, and is the first residential project in Egypt to be LEED-certified (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design). Furthermore, it is Egypt’s first pedestrianized residential development, meaning it has been designed for people to be able to walk around the community freely without having to worry about cars.
